WEST AFRICA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP FOR L3 WEEKLY REPORT (MONDAY DECEMBER 29TH, 2025)

Brother Ebenezer had reported the following.

The weekly meeting - the last one for the year 2025 - hosted and facilitated by Dr. George Akpabli and Bro. Eric DeGraft-Otoo respectively was called to order at 06:10 pm (GMT) with 7 trainers present. The opening prayer was said by brother Eric DeGraft-Otoo.

GATHER

This was led by brother Paul Ntem-Maanoh, who called upon trainers to share their highs and lows, looking back from our last meeting. Prayers were offered by brothers Solomon Antwi Mireku and Gaye Gaie for those who responded to share during mutual time. In relation to Loving Accountability, only brother Paul Maanoh shared his experience in the course of the week. During a brief worship period, Elder Dr. Douglas Akuamoah Boateng sang, « We Praise Thy Name, O’ Lord, » to God’s glory.

CASTING OF VISION

The facilitator invited brother Gaye Gaie to cast vision. He informed trainers to see God’s vision as their vision and take concrete steps for it’s realization. Quoting Matthew 28:19, he exhorted all trainers to focus on making disciples everywhere, just as our forebears did at all times.

GROW

Bro. Ebenezer TUFFOUR was invited to lead this session. His Scripture was 1 John 5:1-21, which was read voluntarily by Bro. Worlanyo Bor, from the New International Version. Using the Sword Method, brother Ebenezer requested trainers to make their independent discoveries, based on their understanding and on the text read. Interesting discoveries emerged, followed by ‘I Will Statements.’

GROW

This was led by brother Solomon Mireku. His tool of practice was, ´God’s Big Vision - Personal / Relational Map. By the help of a shared screen, he step by step took trainers through the study, drawing attention: ‘No trainer has an excuse with this tool, since it concerns one’s own relations, who are close to him but far from God,’ he concluded. He asked trainers present to put down names of persons to be contacted with the gospel and requested Elder Dr. Douglas Boateng to commit them to prayer. The session ended successfully.

SETTING OF GOALS

Elder Dr. Douglas Boateng led trainers to set goals. He reminded trainers of the importance of goal setting, being an aspect of the Growing Field, where disciples are groomed to mature. He encouraged trainers to be responsible with their assignment of goal setting with reference to those to be contacted to pray for, share the gospel with, train - using the 411 and small groups to start with the view of converting them to churches subsequently. He reminded trainers not to be consumed with their own schedules to the détriment of the this important duty.

COMMENTS.

Comments emerged from brothers Paul Maanoh, Solomon Mireku and Eric DeGraft-Otoo, which were aimed at improving future presentations by trainers.

The closing prayer was offered by Dr. George Akpabli
