THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP REINFORCEMENT CONFERENCE

By God’s grace, about 110 disciples - comprising of preachers, elders, deacons gathered last week to be Re-Trained in the 4 Fields Discipleship and Church Multiplication method. It was a beautiful way to end the month of July.

These were disciples from Ghana , Togo , and Benin , who had requested that we do this for them after a long time of waiting.

We first trained most of these people during the first ever training outside of Accra at Akatsi, in July 2020. Many of them did nothing with it, so they lost it. However, seeing others using the 4 Fields Discipleship model and the growth it brought to their congregations, they earnestly called us to “come over to Macedonia and help” them (Acts 16:9).

For the 2 days, we stressed on God’s Big Vision for the world - to save all mankind; and our role in the Global, Local, and Personal levels. We also stressed on the Clear Path we need to follow and some Evangelistic and Growth related tools.

The participants took turns to practice some of the tools. They even called for more, but we only had two days. We therefore promised to repeat this to reinforce the training for a greater impact.
