WALK AND THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING REPORT FROM NORTHERN TOGO

WE DO NOT ONLY GO, BAPTIZE PEOPLE AND LEAVE…
Day 3 - Wednesday, May 27, 2026, was used both for Training and Field work into the Harvest.
We dispatched 2 teams to Sokode and Sotoubuoa areas in Northern Togo, taking advantage of the holiday, the 2 remaining teams stayed behind to Train the leaders of the churches.
Simultaneously, we gathered leaders (2 each) from the 19 newly planted congregations as well as the preachers and leaders of the over 500 congregations in the area for the same purpose but different training.
With the newly baptized, we took turns to teach them what the church in the Bible looks like, and what God expects of them as new believers. Out of these trainings, we identify people with the potential and send them to the Bible College for further training, so they could return and serve their communities.
With the old leaders, we took turns to emphasize the Need to Serve like Jesus, the Suffering Servant in Isaiah; Principles of Mentoring and Delegation; and the Importance of Bible Study and Prayer in the life of the Leader, using Jesus Christ as our example.
The Training went very well and we saw the need to do more of these to increase the rate of sustainability and more Christlike churches.
We left later in the day to lodge at Sokode with the intention of evangelizing it’s environs as well.
Out of the 2 teams that traveled ahead of us, one team went to 2 communities but had no one to preach to. The other team also went to 2 communities and baptized 36 new souls after they had preached to many. The new churches planted are:
1. Apadaou Mono -28 baptized
2. Tchoide B - 8 baptized
Day 4 - Thursday, May 28, 2026 saw all the 4 teams working in the environs of Sokode - Sotoubuoa and Tchamba. God blessed our effort with the planting of 3 new congregations and 96 new souls into the kingdom. The new congregations are:
1. Adjade - 17 baptized
2. Block #1 - 23 baptized
3. Fyndi - 50 baptized.
There were few baptisms at communities with existing congregations too. There were even communities where people heard the gospel but no one baptized.
We’re extremely grateful to God for this opportunity and the health of the team. Your prayers have always been helpful too.
In all, there are 24 new churches with 1,347 baptisms after the gospel has been preached to about 4,000 people as of Thursday, May 28, 2026.
We are once again grateful for your supportive prayer and partnership in diverse ways in this kingdom business.
