UGANDA GOSPEL CHARIOT MISSIONS OUTREACH AND 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION IN TANZANIA AT MISUNGWI CHURCH OF CHRIST ENDED WITH 11 BAPTISMS

Brother Duncan had reported the following.

Our first mission took place in the Misungwi Community and Misungwi Church of Christ in Sukuma Land, Tanzania. Though our journey began with several delays, God faithfully guided every step.

From 6th–8th, our team—led by Duncan and Maanda, together with Godfrey, Mzee Francis, and myself—was delayed in Jinja due to documentation and URA requirements. On the evening of the 9th, we received clearance and immediately traveled, reaching Mutukula Border on the 10th. After spending the night there, we crossed successfully on the morning of the 11th.

We traveled more than 400 km through Tanzania’s interior, stopping at Katolo Church of Christ to break bread on the Lord’s Day. We then continued another 100 km to Geita, where we rested for the night. On the 12th, we arrived in Misungwi District, Mwanza Province, over 700 km from Mutukula Border. The brethren were already gathered, thanks to the mobilization by Brother Kusupa.

We spent almost a full week in Misungwi conducting four field trainings, covering tools such as Introduction, Brutal Facts, Overview, Relational Map, and the Three Circles. Each afternoon we engaged in door-to-door evangelism, followed by open-air preaching and movie screenings in the village center each evening. The Sword Method of Bible Study was central in equipping church leaders and members. One major challenge was the shortage of seats but more Bibles, with one Bible often shared among five people. Despite this, 11 souls were baptized, and we give all glory to God.

Today we worshiped with the church and after I pulled out the baptism hammer, marking the conclusion of our stay in Misungwi. We now rest as we prepare to travel over 400 km to Tabora tomorrow.

Thank you the people of Misungwi for the love and hospitality, and Gospel Chariot and Share Missions for the faithful support.

To God be the glory!

Wow, great and amazing collective work brethren. Amen and praise God, keep it up for Jesus! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved.
