The lesson teaches that there is much work in God's work, but few workers. Therefore, we must identify, prepare, and develop new leaders.

To form impactful leaders, it is necessary to work on three aspects: **aptitude (skills), attitude (character), and time (growth process).**

We must also develop ten characteristics: humility, life in Christ, prayer, obedience, service, initiative, humility to serve, forgiveness, sharing responsibilities, and teamwork.

**Conclusion:** Our responsibility as mentors is to form leaders with good character and the ability to serve, who can also prepare others.
