Kenya Discipleship Update – Kakuma & Kalobeyei Biweekly Update: February 23 – March 8, 2028.
Warm greetings,
From February 23 to March 8, 2028, the team continued visiting and serving people in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement. Life in the camps is still very difficult for many families, but the team kept walking with the community, bringing encouragement, prayer, and friendship.
During these two weeks, many people gathered together to worship God, pray, and support one another. Even in hard situations, people were reminded that they are not alone and that hope is still alive.
Activities during this period included:
Worship services held in several areas of the camp
Prayer meetings for families and community challenges
Bible classes for children with simple stories, songs, and learning activities
Providing meals for refugee children
4Fields discipleship training to help believers grow and share their faith
Fellowship gatherings where people encouraged and prayed for each other
Community outreach to meet new people and share the message of Jesus
Many refugees appreciated the time spent with them. Simple moments of prayer, learning, and sharing meals helped bring comfort and renewed strength to many hearts.
Thank you for remembering this work and the people of the camps.
With appreciation,
Dunia.
This is great and encouraging work of the Lord you are all doing brother Dunia and the team, keep if up for Jesus! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved.
