KENYA 4 FIELDS AND GOSPEL CHARIOT MISSIONS OUTREACH

KENYA 4 FIELDS AND GOSPEL CHARIOT MISSIONS OUTREACH

Reported by brother Tom

KENYA GOSPEL CHARIOT MISSIONS crew and Ugunja Church thank God for His grace and guidance as the mission in Ugunja Town continues to unfold successfully. Day 2 has been marked by encouraging engagement, unity among the team, and openness from the community.

On this second day, the mission team actively engaged in: Door-to-door evangelism across Ugunja Town, sharing the Gospel with households and individuals, listening to their stories, and offering prayers; Open-air gospel preachings, where the Word of God was boldly proclaimed, drawing the attention of passersby and creating opportunities for meaningful conversations about faith and salvation.

The partnership between Kenya Gospel Chariot Missions and Rongo University Christian Students continues to demonstrate the beauty of collaborative ministry, blending youthful zeal with seasoned mission experience.

As is common in gospel work, challenges were also present. One member of the community expressed discomfort regarding the noise levels during the open-air meetings. We received this concern with humility and wisdom, committing ourselves to conduct the work with love, respect, and sensitivity to the surrounding community while remaining faithful to the Great Commission.

“For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.” (1 Corinthians 16:9)

The mission is scheduled to conclude on Sunday, February 15. We humbly request continued prayers for: Peaceful and fruitful continuation of the mission; Open hearts and receptive minds among the people of Ugunja; Wisdom and unity among the mission team and lasting spiritual impact and follow-up beyond the mission days

We remain grateful to God for what He has already done and trust Him for even greater things as the mission progresses.

“So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.” (1 Corinthians 3:7)

To God be all the glory.

Blessings,

Tom Opondo.

Amen and praise God for the wonderful and encouraging you are all doing brethren for the Lord across Kenya, keep it up for Jesus!
