Bible Discovery – Sword Method Workshop Report

By the grace of God, once again after two months, we conducted a “Sword Method Bible Discovery Workshop” at the Anakapalli church building. We invited several local preachers and Bible students to join together for fellowship, encouragement, and practical learning.

The Sword Method is a simple and powerful approach that helps Christians:

• Study the Bible personally and deeply

• Discover what the Scripture teaches about God, man, sin, faith, and Christian living

• Identify commands to obey, examples to follow, and warnings to avoid

To make the learning more effective, we divided everyone into small cell groups. Each group was given a passage of Scripture to study and discuss using the Sword Method. The group discussions were very active, practical, and spiritually uplifting.

I am especially encouraged that several preachers who attended the previous workshop took the challenge seriously. They practiced the Sword Method in their own congregations, prepared visual charts, and brought their work to share this month. Seeing their dedication and growth strengthened all of us.

Truly, when God’s word is opened, God’s people are strengthened.

Let us continue encouraging one another, so that the Word of God may dwell richly among us.
