Effective leadership.

Effective leadership in the church is not about controlling or managing people, but about leading them with purpose and vision. A good leader is not one who is always at the wheel, but one who gives space, delegates, and allows others to grow and participate.

In Christian leadership, the primary goal is not for people to follow the leader, but to be led to follow Jesus, forming disciples who are committed to Him.
