GHANA GOSPEL CHARIOT, AND THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINING WITH THE BEPONG CHURCH OF CHRIST

GHANA GOSPEL CHARIOT, AND THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINING WITH THE BEPONG CHURCH OF CHRIST

Reported by brother Charles.

INTO THE HARVEST (OUR JUDEA) WITH THE NORTH ABEKA CHURCH OF CHRIST

*”But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth””* (Acts 1:8, NKJV).

It’s a great joy to leave one’s comfort zone on missions for the LORD.

After training the North Abeka congregation with the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication model, we have been involved with evangelism with this model within our community (Jerusalem) for the past 2 years or more.

The leaders took the initiative to challenge the congregation that we had worked in our ‘Jerusalem’ for a while, so it’s time to move on to our ‘Judea’ in the form of missions. With support and prayers from the entire congregation, 10 brethren left for Kwahu Bepong to embark on this mission from Sunday, April 12, 2026, in the afternoon, to Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

We chose Kwahu Bepong because the Ghana Gospel Chariot Team was working there around that period, and it’s also the hometown of one of the leaders - Brother Osafo Agyare.

We gathered at the church auditorium on Monday morning with some members of the Bepong Congregation. We spent 2 hours training and practicing the Jesus’ Story in 3 Circles before entering the town for House-to-House Evangelism. Our planned Public Preaching in the evening was disrupted by rainfall.

We continued the same process on Tuesday and Wednesday, adding the Public Preaching on both nights. Before we left for Accra later in the day on Wednesday, God had graciously expanded His kingdom with 11 new souls.

Though the Gospel Chariot Team left Bepong for another community in the Kwahu Range, we still left a team behind to assist with the follow-up and worship with them on Sunday, April 19, 2026.

The report is that, aside the newly baptized, one of the 6 people who visited the church today put on Christ in baptism. The remaining 5 have promised to do so next Sunday, God willing. Please remember them in your prayers.

In all, the gospel has been preached to 100s of people; the local brethren as well as the visiting brethren (North Abeka team) have been encouraged by the effort; and 12 souls have been added to the kingdom so far.

Imagine the joy in heaven because of this little effort?

What if every congregation in a big city targeted one small rural congregation and visited just once in a year and encouraged them like this in evangelism?

God bless all and sundry, especially the soul winners and those who supported in various ways.

This is really great and encouraging work of the Lord you are all doing brethren, keep it up for Jesus! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved .
