D.R. CONGO 4FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINIGING IN MUGUNGA – DAY 2

Reported by brother Paul.

Friday, 06 March 2026

Facilitators: Brothers Charles, Matthieu, and Charles

The two-day seminar focused on the biblical strategy for the multiplication of disciples and churches. This second day was dedicated to the transition from growth to the formation of healthy spiritual communities.

The training sessions delved into the practical application of the Kingdom expansion strategy:

1. Field 3 ( The Growth ): Practical teaching on ‘’ How to Disciple ,’’ focusing on the commands of Christ and the importance of immediate obedience.

2. Field 4 ( The Church ): Introduction to the Healthy Church Circle , a tool used to evaluate the 9 biblical functions of a local gathering (Baptism, Word, Prayer, Fellowship, etc.).

The seminar went beyond theoretical teaching, leading to immediate spiritual commitments:

1. Baptisms : Following the sessions on discipleship, two individuals from the first day were joined by two others on the second day.

2. Total Harvest : We praise God for a total of 4 new believers baptized at the conclusion of today training.

While the seminar was a success, the team noted that some advanced components of the 4 Fields will be covered in upcoming sessions:

1. Remaining Tools of Field 4 : Completion of church curriculum, the Left-Hand Guide.

2. The 5 Levels of Leadership : A future training will be planned to help to pass from a simple seed Sower (Level 1) to a Strategy Coordinator (Level 5) – to ensure the long-term sustainability of the movement.

The seminar in Mugunga ended on a high note of victory. The labor of Brothers Charles, Matthieu, and Joseph has not only equipped the saints but has actively expanded the Kingdom of God.

‘ ’I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.’’ - 1 Corinthians 3:6. To God be the Gory.

This really great and encouraging work of the Lord you are all doing brother Paul and the team. Amen and praise God, keep it up for Jesus! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved.
